Subscription & Refund Policy (Política de Suscripción y Reembolsos)

Version 2026-07-26 · Effective July 26, 2026 · Courtesy translation — the Spanish text governs

Plain-language summary (not legally binding): First Class is billed by Apple or Google — never directly by us, and it cannot be purchased on the website. An introductory offer (such as a discounted first year) renews at the standard price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that renewal, and is limited to one per store account. Cancelling stops the next charge but does not refund the current period. Refunds are requested from the channel where you bought: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google via Google Play.

1. Scope & Who We Are

This Subscription & Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs the paid “First Class” subscription of the Traveluns service (mobile app and website traveluns.com), operated by Kevin Meda Rodriguez, an individual (persona física), domiciled in Alcaldía Coyoacán, Ciudad de México, Mexico (full address available on request and in Section 1 of the Privacy Policy) — email: contact@traveluns.com (the “Operator”).

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service (see its Section 9). The Spanish version governs; the English, German and French versions are courtesy translations. In case of conflict between this Policy and the terms of the purchase channel (Apple or Google), the purchase channel’s terms prevail as to billing and refunds — the channel is the merchant of record.

2. Plans & Prices

  • First Class is offered as two plans: weekly and annual, purchased in-app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The plans are the same on both platforms; subscriptions are not sold on the website.
  • The prices, currency, and applicable taxes are those displayed at the point of purchase before you confirm. Limited-time introductory or promotional offers may be available (e.g. welcome discounts); their conditions and duration are stated at the time of the offer.
  • First Class unlocks, among other features: unlimited trips and group members, unlimited flight tracking, an ad-free experience, unlimited PDF/map exports, expanded access to the AI travel assistant, increased file storage, unlimited search, and exclusive travel deals. The current feature and limit details are shown on the subscription screen.

3. Introductory Offers

  • New subscribers may be offered an introductory price — currently a discounted first year on the annual plan — or, where offered, a free trial. The exact terms are stated at the point of purchase before you confirm.
  • One introductory offer per store account. Eligibility is determined by Apple or Google, not by us: it is tied to your App Store / Google Play account, so reinstalling the app or creating a new Traveluns account does not make a used offer available again.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the standard price once the introductory period ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that renewal (Section 4).
  • You can check the renewal date and price in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings.

4. Auto-Renewal & How to Cancel

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. How to cancel:

  • iOS (App Store): Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Traveluns → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android (Google Play): Google Play app → profile menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Traveluns → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep First Class access until that date.

5. Refunds — iOS Purchases (Apple App Store)

  • In-app purchases on iOS are sold and billed by Apple. The Operator has no access to Apple’s billing system, cannot issue, approve, or deny Apple refunds, and has no control over those transactions.
  • Request any refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com (or from your purchase history), subject to Apple’s refund policy and Apple’s media-services terms. The decision rests solely with Apple.

6. Refunds — Android Purchases (Google Play)

  • In-app purchases on Android are billed by Google Play. Request refunds first through Google Play (order history → Request a refund), subject to the Google Play refund policy.
  • Exceptional direct review: only if (a) due to a verifiable technical failure the First Class features were not activated on your account within 48 hours of purchase, (b) you report it to contact@traveluns.com within 14 days of purchase with your Google Play order number (GPA…), and (c) Google has not already refunded the transaction, we will review the case and, if the failure is confirmed, arrange the refund through Google. This review requires your reasonable cooperation in diagnosing the issue, is limited to one case per user, and creates no rights beyond those granted to you by law.

7. No Prorated Refunds

Cancelling an active subscription stops the next billing cycle; it does not generate prorated refunds or credits for the unused time of the current period, except where applicable law provides otherwise or the purchase channel chooses to grant them under its own policies. The same applies to annual periods: mid-year cancellation does not entitle you to a proportional refund of the annual price, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK & Similar Jurisdictions)

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with an equivalent withdrawal right, you generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving reasons. Exercise it through the purchase channel (Apple or Google, which provide the corresponding processes under their terms). Where you request that the digital service begin immediately during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for the service already provided, or the right may lapse, as provided by applicable law.

9. Price Changes

Prices may change prospectively. Increases affecting a current subscription will be notified to you through the purchase channel with the notice its rules and the law require and, where required, will apply only with your consent; otherwise you may cancel before the affected renewal.

10. Consumer Rights & Contact

Nothing in this Policy limits the non-waivable rights granted to you by mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence (including, in Mexico, the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor, enforced by PROFECO). This Policy is governed as set out in Section 19 of the Terms (Mexican law; mandatory consumer protections preserved).

We may update this Policy prospectively; the current version is published on this page with its date. Questions: contact@traveluns.com.
